Driftless If Apertif was an apertif, amuse-bouche is a feast; this is another good album (appropriately) to sample to see if Khate's sound is something you'd like. It's got a little bit of everything, making it hard to pick a favourite.

An "amuse-bouche" is a small, one-bite off-menu dish served by the chef as a courtesy and chance to play around a bit before a multi-course meal. That's what these tracks are: a collection of short (nothing over 3 minutes) little audio experiments meant to amuse the ear instead of the mouth. Some are ambient, some noisy, some beat-oriented. If you don't like one track, don't worry; another one will be coming to you in roughly one or two minutes!
